Tokenmaxxing is the new "I reply to emails at 2am". A status signal.

My reaction every time: what did you actually ship? Token burn tells you that the tool was used (however extensively). It doesn't tell you whether the work got better, whether a decision was sharper, or whether the time saved went anywhere useful.
